Yes, I wear that shirt a lot. I like it. A lot.
Now, I do pride myself on having very nice and clear skin, pretty much all of the time, but I also take very good care of my skin. Here are my top tips for nice, healthy skin:
Drink water! You hear this no matter what people are giving tips on, but drink water. It is so important to keep you skin from drying out and to keep clear.
Eat your fruits and vegetables. They have so many vital vitamins and nutrients, and they add to the amount of water you are taking in. Eat your greens, kids!
Wash your face every night. I know; you're tired, you just want to get to sleep, but for your skins sake, please take off your makeup and put on some moisturizer. You will thank yourself in the morning when you haven't clogged your pores and developed a huge spot.
Be gentle with your skin. I can't speak on the behalf of everyone and I'm definitely not one to complain about my skin, because I have it easy and luckily have pretty clear skin. That being said I believe you should be gentle with your skin. But physically and mentally. Try to avoid harsh chemicals, dyes, perfumes and so on, if you can. In some cases it just makes bad skin worse. Please try to also avoid thinking negatively about your skin. Or anything about yourself for that matter. Ever person is unique and beautiful, and you're your own worst critic. No one thinks you look as horrible as you think you do. Probably because you don't look that horrible to begin with.
That was very deep all of a sudden, but it's the truth. I hope you enjoyed this post and learned something new. I'll do an updated skincare routine when it changes.
